Our mission is to identify, educate, and inspire
Democratic women who want to pursue elective office at the local and
state level in Oregon. emerge makes a long-term investment in these
future leaders by honing their political skills; expanding their
knowledge of local issues; and connecting them with mentors.
So then, why this on Equal Pay Day? Because it's women in office who will solve this, right? Oh, it's not that men don't support equal pay - plenty do. It's that women will make it a priority, women will remember it, women are still living it. Ready to get inspired?
